Sale
Elusive Images products and services are available to the trade only. We will need evidence of your trade status before we can open a wholesale account for you. If you are interested in stocking Elusive Images products, please contact us for a Trade Application Form.
Terms
30 day terms are only available to existing customers, subject to trade references and credit checks. If you have been approved for a 30 day account, you will be able to select the Account option when ordering online.
Accounts must be settled within 30 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to add 5% interest to overdue accounts.
All other orders must be paid by BACS or by credit/debit card at the time of placing the order. We regret that we are unable to accept payments by cheque.
Item Minimum & Order Minimum
Our minimum wholesale order is £75.00. Carriage is paid on orders within mainland , but other areas and orders outside the will be charged carriage. Please visit our Shipping and Delivery page for more detailed information.
Backorders
It is possible to order items which show on the website as out of stock, but please be aware that if you do so, your entire order will be held until the out of stock item is back in stock. You can see the expected delivery time of out of stock items in the product details.
Returns and Adjustments
Please report all claims and discrepancies within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. There will be no restocking charge for defective merchandise or errors in shipping if the merchandise returned is saleable and in original packages without additional markings.
Claims
In case of loss or damage caused in transit by the courier or Royal Mail, please make sure that you indicate this when signing for the goods. If possible, photograph the damaged boxes before unpacking and keep all affected packaging until you have contacted us. Complaints
It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur. We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
