Delivery Times:

While some of our product lines are held as stock items, most of our rubber stamps are manufactured to order. If your order includes stamps, it will be scheduled for manufacturing as soon as we receive it.  Depending upon the size of your order and our current manufacturing workload, it may then take a number of days to be processed and completed.

At present, our stated lead time on all orders is 28 days.  This is the time from the order being received by us to the goods being shipped out of our warehouse.  In most cases, we can (and do) turn orders around much more quickly than this, often delivering within 7 days.  However, 28 days remains our standard lead time for orders.

Delivery Charges:

For orders submitted through our website, appropriate delivery charges will be calculated and added to your shopping basket automatically.

For orders placed by fax or telephone, we will confirm delivery charges with you as soon as we have calculated them. However, the following guidelines may be helpful in estimating your delivery costs.

Deliveries within mainland UK:

Mainland UK is classed as England, Wales and any part of Scotland not included in the Highlands and Islands category below.

Orders with a value or £75 or more qualify for free delivery within mainland UK.

For orders with a value of less than £75, delivery charges will be £6.50.

Deliveries to Highlands and Islands of Scotland:

Highlands and Islands of Scotland includes the following postcode areas: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE.

Within this area, free delivery will apply to orders with a value of £150 or more.

For orders with a lower value, delivery charges will be £6.50.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles:

Deliveries to these areas qualify for free delivery if the value of the goods ordered is £150 or above.

For orders with a lower value, delivery charges will be £11.50.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands:

For the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Herm, Sark), free delivery will apply to orders with a value of £150 or more.

For orders with a lower value, delivery charges will be £6.50.

Deliveries within Europe:

Delivery charges within Europe vary greatly.

Small orders that can be shipped by Air Mail will cost from £2.95 to £12.95, depending on weight (up to 2kg).  Larger orders that are shipped by courier are charged according to their destination country, for example:

As mentioned above, actual delivery charges will be calculated and added to your shopping cart if you are placing your order on our website.

International Shipping:

As with European shipments, small orders weighing up to 2kg will usually be sent via Air Mail and will cost between £2.95 and £12.95 to ship, depending on their weight.

Larger orders to non-European countries, or to certain European destinations such as Bulgaria, Romania or the Canary Islands, incur full international delivery charges.  These are based on what is known as the volumetric weight of your order.  This is calculated by taking into account the precise size and exact weight of your shipment.  Our order processing system will work this out as accurately as it can while you are submitting your order and will add the estimated delivery charge to your shopping cart.

For international shipments, any Customs and Duty charges in the destination country are usually the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the goods and Customs agencies or departments will not normally allow the sender of a shipment to deal with such charges on the receiver's behalf.
